Care Home Seminar - Friday 29 September 2017
Our Care Home Seminar is a free event for care home owners, prospective owners and anyone who is involved in the care home industry.
We have drawn together expertise from a range of leading industry experts to offer advice on the smooth operation of your care home.
We will discuss maximising the financial elements of care home transactions and operations, including tax advice, financial planning and apportionment. You'll find advice on successfully managing care home finances with tips on avoiding financial distress. We will provide advice on TUPE responsibilities, how to get your home ready for a sale or purchase, and tips on sourcing funding packages and obtaining independent financial advice. There will also be support on managing relationships with the CQC.
