DC Care Sells Kent Farm Care Home
DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Kent Farm Care Home in the idyllic Devon and Somerset border town of Uffculme.
Kent Farm is an attractive and substantial property, providing care for up to 17 residents within the categories of old age, physical disability, sensory disability, mental health and dementia. The home had been operated by our client, the outgoing owner, since 2005 and appointed DC Care, looking to retire.
The home has been acquired by Muneer Hussain Basheer Kutty of Proud Care Devon Limited, marking his first care business following over a decade of experience in the sector.
Following completion of the sale, Muneer commented "I would also like to thank you for all your support and guidance throughout the process. Your help has been greatly appreciated, and it has been a pleasure working with you. We certainly could not have reached this point without the dedication and efforts of everyone involved.
I very much hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future."
We would like to wish our client all the best and a happy retirement, and look forward to working with Muneer again when ready to buy his next care home.
