New Land and Development Consultancy Service launched by  Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors

Leicester headquartered Chartered Surveyors, Edward Cooper Young has launched a new Land and Development Consultancy service; ECY Land.

Born out of demand from existing clients, both developers and lenders, ECY Land will offer and be able to source good quality, thoroughly researched development sites.

Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors was established 9 years ago and has grown to 22 staff in this time. They are a multi-professional consultancy offering bespoke solutions in the built environment. With offices in Leicester, London and Bristol and with further expansion plans, the company has advised on over 500 projects since inception.

They have built a reputation for providing innovative and cost-effective solutions in their core business activities across the UK and those same brand values and outside of the box thinking will shape their approach to meeting their clients’ land requirements.
