NGA Care Announces the Confidential Sale of a Lancashire Residential Care Home After Four Decades of Family Ownership
We’re pleased to announce that NGA Care has successfully completed the confidential sale of Westwood Residential Care Home, a well‑established 20‑bed residential service located in the heart of Chorley, Lancashire.
Westwood is an imposing pair of Victorian era semi-detached properties, that have been converted to provide care for the elderly. Following 40 years of continuous family ownership, the home has been acquired by Nexime Homes Limited, an established operator within the sector.
