We are delighted to announce the successful sale of the Nightingale Care Home in Nottinghamshire following a confidential marketing process.
NGA Care were selected by the director of Midland Healthcare Limited, to discreetly sell the business following a strategic review. The 49 reg all en suite purpose-built care home, received multiple offers and was acquired by regional operator, Jasmine Healthcare Limited.
The sale was handled by NGA Care Managing Director Nick Greaves, who commented, “We were trusted to undertake the sale of the business ahead of many other brokers, as our client valued my experience, our extensive network of funded buyers and client focused personal service.”

The acquisition of the business brings the Jasmine Healthcare portfolio to six care homes in the East Midlands, Managing Director Chris Clark comments, “I am really pleased with the smoothness and speed of this acquisition, even with an unannounced CQC inspection at the home the day before exchange of contracts!”. Chris adds, “Jasmine’s plan is to completely refurbish Nightingale Care Home, invest in training the staff team, and embed the Jasmine Values into the team, to ensure that the home provides the same Outstanding care as Jasmine’s other five homes as soon as possible”.
The successful sale of Nightingale Care Home is just one of many deals that are due to be completed over the coming weeks by NGA Care. The market is extremely active with operators looking to expand their portfolios, illustrating the underlying demand for care homes in Central England.
