DC Care Sells Restgarth
Restgarth, a modern residential care home for 32 residents, has been acquired by local operators Orange Care group. The home offers spacious accommodation, dementia care, day care and respite care.
Following completion Orange Care group’s Patrick Wintershoven commented "The addition of Restgarth in Polperro helps strengthen our Orange Care group in Devon and Cornwall."

DC Care's Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Clare Duffey oversaw the sale of Restgarth. Clare commented "It was felt with Restgarth’s reputation it would suit a care home owner or group operating exclusively in South West England. We were delighted to find a suitable local operator in Orange Care group and it was a pleasure to work with Patrick Wintershoven."
