The hot transactional market in 2015 drove strong investment performance with an IPD healthcare return at 10.4% - the first double-digit return for five years.
Post Brexit there has been increasing activity from Asia-Pac investors, while North American funds and US REITS, have also been looking to take advantage of the currency play. It is estimated that there is currently around £1bn of healthcare assets under offer and market sentiment suggests this should hold strong.
