A great day as always with entertainment, games, food and good company.  We were especially proud to have 3 of our members involved in projects that were shortlisted as finalists.

The extended home now has an additional 19 rooms to complement the existing 17 already in the property. All rooms now have en-suite facilities and improved day facilities.

AP Architecture and Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors were both involved in projects for Chetwynd House which was shortlisted in the best new Care Home category.

Chetwynd House Care Home, is a purpose-built Care Home, providing 75 en-suite bedrooms, along with a Cinema, and various Lounge Dining Rooms, all with Kitchenettes.

Ashley Cooper, Senior Partner, Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors said: “We are delighted to have played our part in successfully delivering our third project for Adept Care Homes, with a fourth scheme on the horizon in March 2018. It is fantastic to work with a client who embraces collaborative working, which has resulted in many design and operational improvements from each project to the next”.
