Nourish Care, providers of a digital care planning solution, responded quickly to the growing pandemic by developing the functionality within their product for their clients to track and analyse cases of Covid-19 within their care service. Nourish have been working with NHS Digital with the aim of providing anonymised stats as part of a more detailed Covid-19 observation.

The Covid-19 Tracker is a simple and easy to use platform that Nourish have made available to any and all care teams who wish to use it.

Care 4 Quality are providing a symptom tracker template which will allow you to track all suspected and confirmed cases of Covid 19 along with the outcomes. You will be able to view all the residents on one document which will give you a picture of the whole home status and provide you with the data you may need to share with CQC and Local authorities.

Care 4 Quality are offering this document which they have updated to help support you through the CQC Assessment calls that are being carried out across England. They have included the questions and a list of prompts for you to consider when reviewing each assessment question.
