Work is progressing on schedule to build a new 60-bed care home on an old disused industrial site in Eastbourne.
The first floor has been placed and is awaiting the second storey brickwork. The internal design finishes are nearing completion and mains mechanical and electrical installations will be commencing over the next few days. Work is also underway in completing the detailing for the roof structure on the new building.

Building Construction Partnership (BCP), a builder of specialist care homes, today announced the construction of a state-of-the-art nursing home in the south coast seaside resort of Eastbourne, East Sussex. BCP is converting a disused commercial site into a 60-room care home surrounded by landscaped grounds.
