Leicester care home sold to experienced operators through NGA Care.
Specialist healthcare business broker NGA Care, has completed the sale of Rushey Mead Manor, a highly regarded care home with nursing in Rushey Mead, Leicester.
Rushey Mead Manor is a large linked property registered as a care home for 50 service users in the categories of nursing and personal care, dementia and mental health. The property benefits from having 48 single bedrooms of which 25% have en suite facilities.
Acting on behalf of the vendor, NGA Care managed a confidential marketing campaign to targeted applicants. Through this targeted approach, multiple offers were received with the home being acquired by a local care operator, The Clarendon Group.
