NGA Care sells purpose built care home in the East Midlands.
We are delighted to announce the successful sale of the Nightingale Care Home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire following a confidential marketing process.
NGA Care were selected by the director of Midland Healthcare Limited, to discreetly sell the business following a strategic review. The 49 bed all en suite purpose-built care home, received multiple offers and was acquired by regional operator, Jasmine Healthcare Limited.
The sale was handled by NGA Care Managing Director Nick Greaves, who commented, “We were trusted to undertake the sale of the business ahead of many other brokers, as our client valued my experience, our extensive network of funded buyers and client focused personal service.”
