Holywell Park is a large country house dating back to the 17th century. Set in its own stunning grounds, all rooms have views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. 

Bespoke Care discretely marketed the care facility and a sale was agreed in mid May 2017. Beechwood Care Home, Eastbourne – Progress Update

Work is progressing on schedule to build a new 60-bed care home on an old disused industrial site in Eastbourne.

The first floor has been placed and is awaiting the second storey brickwork. The internal design finishes are nearing completion and mains mechanical and electrical installations will be commencing over the next few days. Work is also underway in completing the detailing for the roof structure on the new building.
