A UK wide initiative inviting care homes to open their doors to their local communities.

Thousands of care homes across the UK take part each year, welcoming the public and arranging events and activities that help to create lasting links between care home residents and their local communities.

This is all about showing people what excellent care homes are really about and how they can be at the centre of local communities, developing relationships across the generations.

Bespoke Care are delighted to announce the sale of Rathgar Residential Home in Northampton. The privately owned residential care home was discretely marketed and a purchaser was sourced via the Bespoke Care network. The new owner, Mr Hamendra Modhani worked closely with the specialist finance brokers Chandler and Co when he decided to invest in the healthcare sector.
